We wish to notify to all level 20 students that MEL San Jose will hold a video-conference connection of Level 20.1 seminar (A continuation of Master Luong Minh Dang’s Teachings-Applied Spiritual Science seminar) guided by Prof. Dr. Dame Theresa Thu-Thuy Nguyen from September 23-27, 2008 (5 days).

APPLICATION FORM: The student must fill out Level 20.1. Sign, date and attach a Copy of Level 20 certificate. If you have lost Level 20 certificate, the local Center Director must be verified by signing the front page of their applications.
Due to the limited seats availability, priority is given to those applications and tuition fees are received early.

AUDITORS: To avoid any confusion of registration please send in only the copy of Level 20.1 certificate and note “ I want to audit Level 20.1” (DO NOT SEND APPLICATION). Also note your phone/fax number or E-mail address in case we need to contact you.
